A steampunk roguelite first-person shooter built around a deckbuilder. Clear a floor, take a card, and the revolver chains lightning or the saw freezes what it hits. Die, bank your souls, descend again.
Three cards after every floor. One pick. The gun in your hands is never the gun you finish the run with.
42 card families, each evolving down two forks. Seven Selves that fuse in pairs into hybrids. 30 rule cards that bend the run itself and 70 relics that stack into nonsense.
Eight weapons from THE LAST RITE to CAPACITOR CHOIR, each with a signature mechanic, plus 31 right-click Vent abilities and the ABSOLVE finisher.
Every death banks souls, and souls buy permanence in the Soul Forge, a constellation of 130 nodes that carries into every run you ever start.
Original soundtrack
Four songs with vocals open the list: the title song, the hub's song, the Soul Forge's song, and the one that plays once over the refusal ending. Under them, the score of the descent: the main theme, the Soul Broker's hub, an exploration piece for each of the six acts, and the boss cues. Click any track and it keeps playing while you scroll. All of it may be used under coverage of the game.
